Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our production partner for fulfilment. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please check your details carefully before completing checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
