Photo Upload Guidelines

1. Use a clear, high‑quality photo

• Minimum size: 2000 × 2000 px

• Recommended size: 3000 × 3000 px

• Avoid blurry, dark, or pixelated images

• Make sure the face is fully visible and not covered by shadows or filters

2. Choose natural, everyday lighting

• Soft daylight works best

• Avoid harsh backlighting or strong colour filters

• Indoor photos are fine as long as the face is clear

3. Keep the subject centred

• The person should be facing the camera

• Avoid extreme angles or cropped faces

• Make sure hair, eyes, and facial features are visible

4. Clothing and accessories

• Everyday clothing is perfect

• Avoid costumes that may infringe on trademarks

• Glasses, hats, bows, and accessories are fine if they don’t block the face

5. No inappropriate content

We do not accept:

• Nude photos

• Sexualised or suggestive images

• Violent, harmful, or unsafe content

• Photos that may put a child or individual at risk

Any prohibited uploads will be rejected and the order will be cancelled.

6. Your privacy is protected

• Photos are used only to create your artwork

• We do not store images longer than necessary

• All uploads are handled securely and deleted once your order is completed
